  • Can I use my own domain?

    Absolutely. When we first setup your website, we’ll assign you a placeholder domain, so that you can access and administrate your site. When you’re ready, we can assign any domain that you own to your website.

  • How secure will my website be?

    Very, very secure. All websites on our system are on our tier four data center facility located at the Infomart Telecom hotel in Dallas. This is the largest internet hub in the southern United States and it features multiple redundancies on all critical systems. It just doesn’t get any better than this when it comes to hosting environments.

  • How long does it take to get an account setup?

    Once you submit our request form, one of our internet consultants will contact you to complete the process. Generally, you’ll be up and running within a couple of weeks.

  • When can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

    Anytime. MinistryCMS is a monthly service that you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.

  • Does it work on a Mac?

    Yes! and on PCs. It’s an online application so there’s nothing to install. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser. Both Safari and Firefox are supported on Mac. On PC, we officially support IE 6 or later and Firefox. Linux users can also use Firefox.

  • Is there a contract commitment?

    There are no contracts. You pay by the month and you can change subscriptions for any of your websites at any time.

  • What about email?

    You can host your email wherever you wish. We recommend using Google’s applications on your domain, because it is a really great service and it is completely free. If you want to use Google’s service you can set it up yourself, or if you need our help, we can do it for you for a one-time $50 fee.   • When do I pay MinistryCMS?

    Once we receive your request, we will contact and confirm your specific needs and project details. You’ll also receive an electronic invoice to pay before design work begins. Once your site is online, you’re credit card will be charged a recurring monthly fee according to your plan.

  • Which forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept POs, checks, or invoices to be paid at a later date. We do email an invoice each time you are billed.
